Business Betterments specializes in transforming the sales and business development processes of its customers.  By implementing a disciplined and systematic approach to sales, coupled with the use of our proprietary software applications, our customers achieve sustainable improvements in revenue growth, profitability and predictability within their organizations.

Chuck Kitchen founded Business Betterments with the vision of using his 28 years of diverse sales, marketing and operations experience to help other companies.  His background literally spans the US industrial base, having worked with and for large multinational, regional and local companies, in roles ranging from field sales to executive positions, as well as being actively involved in numerous outside board memberships.

Drawing upon real-world experience and after meeting with thousands of diverse business professionals, we recognized the need for user-friendly, cost-effective technology solutions that would help organizations develop better sales results.  This led to the development of GENREV!© and SalesStrat.

GENREV!© provides a platform to develop a meaningful understanding of customer relationships, construct viable, intelligent sales strategies, and document specific business development action steps.   2. To develop a competitive advantage through the supply chain by providing the means to measure, track and compare suppliers on a total cost basis.  
  3. Utilize a common format / language with its channel partners: suppliers, integrators, distributors and manufacturers, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the documentation process.
